Create a new window application in .NET.....

first of all open visual studio...
click on new project

then select the language C# and select the Windows Form Application...
and click on OK.

after you get the design window like this...

in this window you can design your form as you wish..
on double click anywhere on the form you will get the code window in which we write the required code.....
